Britos, who joined the Napoli from Bologna last July, scored his first goal for the club with a header from a corner-kick on 15 minutes.
It wasn't long before another Uruguayan got his way onto the score-sheet with 'El Matador' Cavani slotting home a penalty in the 38th minute.
It was an important win for Napoli who now move up to 6th on the table as they fight for that elusive Champions League position.
